How to Apply
To begin the Online Application process, create an account. The district code is CFS-MO. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and create a new student application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.
We will begin accepting new applications for the following school year mid January. For example, if you are applying for the 2023-2024 school year, you may submit your application mid January 2023 of the 2022-2023 school year. Our re-enrollment period for our existing families is early February — early March. We will begin processing new applications in the middle of March. Applications for available spots will be prioritized by existing families (siblings), CF members, and by the application submission date. Please call the school office at 445-8565 with any questions or concerns.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

Online Enrollment
Online Enrollment is for new students or students that are transferring from another school.
In order to enroll at CFS, you must first complete the online application process. The district code is CFS-MO. Once complete, you will set up a time to meet with our head of school, Mr. Vikhter. After this time, you will create a username and password to complete the online enrollment. This will be the username and password you will use to log in to our Family Portal.
A non-refundable CFS Enrollment Fee of $150 will be paid online before submission of the Enrollment packet is complete.
A yearly FACTS Payment Plan Enrollment Fee of $20-$50 per FAMILY will be charged, based on your payment plan, by FACTS Tuition Management to cover their management of online collection of tuition and incidental fees throughout the year. This fee will be automatically debited from the preferred account you set up during re-enrollment within 14 days of receiving your agreement finalization by email.
