About CFS
Established in 1981, CFS provides a college preparatory, Christ-centered education to over 380 students from Pre-K to 12th grade. CFS students represent over 35 church congregations in the Columbia area.
CFS teachers and programs are intentional in helping students grow and develop, not just academically, but also in character and spiritual life. To this end, the school’s instructional goals and extracurricular activities are designed to train students in three primary areas: Knowledge, Faith, and Character. All of this is done in a community of grace where students are known and loved.
CFS students are regularly recognized for their academic and athletic achievements. Over 90% of CFS graduates continue their education and have been accepted at over 90 different colleges and universities with many receiving outstanding scholarships.

Thank you for a wonderful fall Feed the Need fundraiser! Thanks to your hard work, we were able to collectively raise more than $31,000 in funds to support our school’s continuing expansion. Additionally, last week’s Serve-A-Thon allowed us to pack over 50,000 meals. In our promise to support our neighbors as well as the nations, the food will be distributed both locally as well as abroad. Our students had a great time last Thursday packing the meals! Last night, KOMU aired a special segment covering our packing party, which can be found below. Additionally, local papers published a story detailing the event, also found below.
A special ‘thank you’ to Mr. McBee for coordinating the event, and setting the stage for us all to have this important service opportunity.

November has been a great month as our school also hosted an Operation Christmas Child event (click here to read about that) as well as our annual Chili Cook-Off supporting our Junior class trip. Let’s continue this momentum as we enter the holiday season with our Annual Fund.
